The Passion of the Holy Martyrs Trophimus, Sabbatius, and Dorymedon

$1.99

Saints Trophimus, Sabbatius, and Dorymedon were persecuted under the emperor Probus, who reigned from AD 276 to AD 282, when they refused to sacrifice to the pagan gods. Trophimus defied his Roman persecutors with boldness and eloquence, despite many tortures. An official named Dorymedon had pity on the martyr Trophimus, cared for him in prison, was inspired to proclaim himself a Christian as well, and shared Trophimus's martyrdom.
